Hi-Desert Pilates
Welcome to Hi-Desert Pilates, a private studio dedicated to the art and precision of Classical Pilates movement. Rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, each 55-minute session is thoughtfully designed to strengthen, align, and restore balance – both physically and mentally. In this intimate 1:1 setting, the work is tailored to your individual needs, guiding you toward deeper awareness, vitality, and control.
The studio is equipped with authentic Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer/Tower with Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, High/Ladder Barrel, Ped-O-Pull, and Rigid Mat with Dowels, along with auxiliary tools such as a Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Foot Corrector, Toe Corrector, Magic Circle, Hand Weights, Stability Ball, and Bands. Each piece functions as part of a complete system, allowing the body to be challenged and supported in a seamless flow that honors the Classical method.

I teach the classical system as it was designed -with precision, rhythm, and flow-using traditional equipment and an emphasis on mindful movement.
Virtual 1:1 Pilates Sessions

Join me from anywhere with private 1:1 Zoom sessions, tailored just for you.
We’ll focus on mat work or incorporate your home equipment if you have it. These online sessions maintain the same attention to detail and connection as in-studio work – helping you stay consistent in your practice, wherever you are.
Mobile Pilates
Short-term visitors and groups are welcome. Private mat sessions for groups are available by appointment in all high desert surroundings.

Introductory Session
Your first visit is a personalized introduction to the classical Pilates method and the studio space. We’ll begin with a conversation about your body, current concerns, and goals. Followed by a brief assessment to observe posture, alignment, and movement patterns during the session. You’ll be introduced to the Pilates apparatus and experience a short private session designed to meet your needs. This session allows me to evaluate how your body moves and create a thoughtful plan to support your continued practice.
